NORTH AMERICAN XB-70 VALKYRIE

$9.95

Title: North American XB-70 Valkyrie

Developed originally to a USAF specification for an intercontinental bomber to replace the B-52, the XB-70 was rapidly relegated to a research role. Two examples were produced, the first flying in 1964. In 1966 one aircraft was lost in a mid-air collision with an F-104, and the remaining aircraft was retired in 1969 to the USAF Museum.

This title contains the complete interim USAF flight manual for the North American XB-70A Valkyrie Mach 3 research aircraft. The files have been scanned from good quality photocopies of the original flight manual.
