Title: Macchi M.416

The Macchi M.416 was a licence manufactured version of the Dutch Fokker S.11 Instructor and around 178 examples were built between 1951 and 1958. The aircraft was used as the standard primary flying training aircraft by the Italian Air Force until 1960 when more advanced aircraft types became available. Remaining examples of the M.416 were then passed on to Italian Aero clubs.
