Title: Fiat G55

The Fiat G.55 single engine single seat fighter first flew in 1942 and was widely regarded as one of the best Italian fighter aircraft of WW2. It used a Fiat licence produced version of the German DB605 engine but in spite of its capabilities less than 300 had been produced by the end of the war.

Production was re-started post-war, using the stocks of partly completed airframes and components left over at its factories, including a two-seat advanced trainer variant. 75 more examples were manufactured, of which 45 were exported to Argentina.

This title contains two editions of the maintenance manual for the Fiat G55, one WW2 dated and one post-war (which includes operating instructions), along with a nice manufacturer’s colour brochure. The files have been copied from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages unless otherwise stated.
