Title: De Havilland Canada DHC-6 Twin Otter

The Twin Otter was, as its name suggests. a twin engined successor to the original DHC-3 Otter. It first flew in 1965, after the advent of the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6A turbine engine made a twin engined aircraft feasible, and retained and enhanced the STOL capabilities of the original aircraft.

.Between 1965 and 1988 around 844 examples were built, including floatplanes, ski-planes, and a few military examples principally used for parachute operations. The type certificate was sold to Viking Air who placed the type back into production in 2008

This title contains the manufacturer’s flight manual (titled Airplane Operating Data) for the DHC-6 Twin Otter along with the maintenance manual and three manufacturer’s descriptive publicity brochures. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages unless otherwise indicated.
