HEINKEL He111

Title: Luftwaffe (Includes Heinkel He111)

The Heinkel He111 was the most recognisable WW2 Luftwaffe bomber due to its distinctive planform and glasshouse nose. First flown in 1934 it was the principal German bomber at the start of WW2 but had become obsolete near the end of the war. Over 6,500 were built and the aircraft was built under licence in Spain after WW2 but using Rolls-Royce Merlin engines.

To maximise value, this title contains a series of booklets covering the ME109, ME110, JU88 and HE111 produced somewhat surprisingly during WW2 by the RAF, possibly to assist escaped allied aircrew who might get the opportunity to “hitch a ride” in one. The files have been scanned from the original manuals and retain any colour pages.
