Title:  Blohm & Voss BV138B

Originally developed under the company name of Hamburger Flugzeugbau the BV138 was a three-engined seaplane with a distinctive twin-boom configuration which first flew in July 1937. It became the Luftwaffe’s main seaborne long-range maritime patrol and naval reconnaissance aircraft.

297 examples were built between 1938 and 1943 but no complete examples survive. A wreck raised from the seabed is on display in Denmark and a second wreck is known to exist on the floor of a Norwegian fjord.

This title contains two technical manuals for the Blohm & Voss BV138B, a manufacturer’s flight and maintenance manual and a Luftwaffe weapons system maintenance manual. The files have been scanned from the original flight manuals and retain any colour pages.
